If you don’t see your specific sport listed above - don’t worry. As we get additional committed student-athletes, our staff of elite trainers will also expand (football, wrestling, volleyball, baseball +) !

We also have backup trainers not pictured above in the event one of the head trainers needs a substitute.

Studies show that adequate recovery can improve athletic performance by up to 20% and significantly reduce the risk of injury.

Recovery allows muscles to repair, energy stores to replenish, and the body to adapt to the stress of training. Without it, progress stalls and injury risks rise.

Through this partnership - there is a commitment to ensuring every A4 athlete is fueled, recovered, and ready to thrive in both academics and athletics.

Student-athletes will recover every Friday with Amplify:
Foam rolling, massage therapy, compression therapy, myofascial release, cold plunge, sauna etc.
